The small print, in plain English.

1. Booking requests

Sending the booking form is a request, not a booking. No payment is taken online. Your booking is confirmed only when we reply by email, normally within 24 hours. Prices shown on the site are estimates per group size; the confirmed price is the one in our reply.

2. Age and responsible drinking

Guests must be of legal drinking age (18+ in Poland). Guides may refuse service to anyone visibly intoxicated. Non-drinking guests are welcome.

3. Cancellation

Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the start time. Later cancellations or no-shows may be charged as stated in your confirmation. If we must cancel, we offer a new date or a full refund of anything paid.

4. Gift vouchers

• Vouchers are paid online by card, BLIK or other methods shown at checkout.
• Each voucher has a unique code and is valid for 12 months from purchase.
• Consumers may withdraw from an undated voucher purchase within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, provided it has not been used.
• Vouchers can be used towards any Tasting or Tour in any of our cities.

5. Refunds and complaints

Email hello@beertasting.pl with your booking details. We respond to complaints within 14 days. Refunds go back to the original payment method.
